About Our Pricing
At eStudio Design, we provide exceptional work at a fair and competative cost. With the exception of quoted projects, we charge a fee of $90 per hour with a minimum of 10 minutes ($15).

eStudio bills once a month and requires terms of 15 days for payment. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in the suspension of work and may possibly result in the reclaiming of work provided. It is important to make payments when due to avoid having your website suspended.

QUOTED PROJECTS
For projects such as website design, eCommerce and database management, eStudio will provide a quote outlining the work to be performed and a breakdown of payments. The quote and contract MUST BE signed before work begins. Additionally, we require a 50% down payment due prior to project start and 50% final payment before completion. Our full contract is shown below:

With an initial, non-refundable payment of 50% of FEE upon execution of this agreement and credited to the Customer's account for this project. Remainder due and payable upon completion of project prior to site launch. Upon receipt of final payment, Web Designer shall deliver any and all items to the Customer within 10 business days. Payments, if unpaid beyond 30 days of invoice date, shall bear interest at any legal rate. If the project is suspended or abandoned by the Customer in whole or in part, the Web Designer shall be compensated for all services performed prior to receipt of written notice from the Customer. The project shall be deemed suspended or abandoned if there is no activity from the Customer to pursue the completion of the project for a period of 30 days.
